Milja Kalliosaari is the Government Relations Manager at IQM Quantum Computers, Europe’s leader in building quantum computers. In this role, she leads policy engagement across Europe and monitors global technological developments. A recognized figure in the Finnish and international tech policy landscape, Milja co-authored Finland’s National Quantum Strategy and serves as Finland’s National Delegate to the NATO Transatlantic Quantum Community. She also contributes to several initiatives shaping EU and Finnish digitalization policy. Milja holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Helsinki and focuses on bridging public and private sectors to translate policy into innovation and growth.
