Highlights from the 4th Edition of the CCFF HR Committee
On Thursday, November 27, the CCFF held the fourth edition of itsHR Committee.
A big thank you to all participants who joined us! Your enthusiasm and insights made it a genuinely engaging discussion. Special thank to Hedman Partners Law firm for hosting us in their office.
This edition featured an interactive and enlightening Thinking Diversity Workshop led by Pouria Kay from InnerEdge. Participants learned about InnerEdge Preferences Model, a research-based framework that helps people understand how they think, learn, communicate and collaborate.
We also heard from Thomas Fernandez-Boni and Emilia Lassenius from KOPPER, who shared the latest legal HR updates in Finland and France.
