Business Lunch with Presentation of Kempower's Success Story

Yesterday, occurred our French Business Lunch in Helsinki, where we gathered over 20 persons from various institutions and companies from the area.

The topic was about the success development story of Kempower.

Originally from Lahti, this company started as a sister company of the renowned Kemppi, global leading manufacturer of automatized welding machines. Kempower is developing and manufacturing charging solutions for electrical vehicles. Working hand in hand with vehicle manufacturers, mobility operators or retail chains, to provide smart, cost effective and efficient charging solutions.

Pierre Emmanuel Gau, our speaker has been about 18 months in the company and for him it has been so far, his best experience in a Finnish company. During this period, he has seen the rise and expansion of the activities worldwide, as well as the setup of a new manufacturing facility. From 50 employees in 2020 to over 300 today, things are seriously expanding. Though Pierre-Emmanuel stays very cautious in claiming the success they appear to deserve. In his mind the company is evolving in a disruptive environment and, in order to succeed, the company aims to remain vigilant on all technical evolutions and innovations. The electric mobility revolution is happening all across the globe, and Kempower seems to be at the heart of it.
