Recap of the second episode of the CCFF HR Committee in Helsinki
We’re excited to share highlights from the meeting of the CCFF HR Committee in Helsinki held last Thursday. The event was fully booked again!
The committee brought together HR professionals and leaders to exchange ideas and best practices across 🇫🇮Finland and 🇫🇷France.
Two key topics were explored under the moderation of Thomas Fernandez-Boni:

· Laurent Notin shared a leadership perspective.
· Guillaume Legoupil highlighted on how Alstom attracts and retains talent.
· Anastasia Lappalainen presented the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) strategy and a business case from Kempower.
· Vincent Joly from Business France Nordics delivered an overview of the VIE program (International Corporate Volunteer program, in English), a system that allows French companies to hire young professionals abroad.
